We are seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, identifying opportunities for growth, and delivering exceptional service.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage all post-sales customer communications proactively, ensuring high-quality support and comprehensive information across all aspects of insurance services.
- Contribute to the performance and development of assigned customer portfolios, with a focus on up-selling and cross-selling.
- Negotiate policy renewals directly with customers and/or brokers, demonstrating strong understanding of contractual terms.
- Buid long-term relationships, identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and support the generation of new business through a customer-centric and consultative approach.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer and broker inquiries, resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth policy management and quick resolution of pending matters.
- Bachelor's degree in Law is required to ensure understanding of contract terms and legal documentation.
- Addtional studies in Economics, Business, Finance, or Accounting will be considered a plus.
- Solid experience in a relevant role in the Credit Insurance market. Alternatively, proven experience in the Factoring, Corporate Banking areas is required.
- Exhibit high level of customer orientation and focus, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Attention to detail, with the ability to work quickly and accurately, adapting to new insights.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask effectively, and work under pressure.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Maintain a positive attitude and foster cooperative interaction with all stakeholders.
