
Business Expansion Manager

We are seeking a Sales & Business Development Director to drive sustainable revenue growth and market expansion.
This is a key leadership role that requires the development and implementation of commercial strategies to achieve business objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the company's commercial strategy to drive sustainable revenue growth and market expansion.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the commercial strategy, aligning with sales, marketing and business objectives.
- Drive revenue growth by strengthening retail partnerships and identifying new opportunities.
- Expand the business ecosystem with profitable new products and services.
- Own commercial policy, including pricing, incentives and channel strategy.
- Lead and oversee Area Managers and Business Development teams, ensuring performance through key metrics.
- Set sales targets, monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
- Foster a high-performance culture through coaching and team development.
- Analyze market trends and pricing strategies to refine commercial initiatives.
- Collaborate with Marketing on sales campaigns and lead generation.
- Leverage digital tools to enhance sales, customer engagement and market intelligence.
- Ensure compliance with policies and industry regulations.
- Strengthen partner relationships, improve retention and implement loyalty programs.
- Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships to drive growth.
- Contribute to business strategy as part of the Company's leadership team.
Requirements:
- At least 12 years of experience in Commercial roles including at least 3 years in managerial positions, B2B sales experience preferably within the retail industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field. Master's or MBA is a plus.
- Demonstrate a strong track record of exceeding aggressive sales targets.
- Analytical skills in P&L management, sales incentives and commercialization strategies.
- Proficiency in leveraging digital tools and CRM systems.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities expanding the company's product and service ecosystem.
- The role requires 25% traveling within Greece and potentially internationally.
