Real Estate Portfolio Expansion Specialist

We're on the hunt for a skilled professional to join our team in Athens and support the expansion of our apartment portfolio in key neighborhoods.
">Job DescriptionAs a Property Onboarding Specialist, you'll be responsible for sourcing and onboarding new properties, managing documentation and landlord communications, and ensuring every new home meets our high standards.
You'll work closely with the real estate and operations teams to ensure seamless handover and readiness of new apartments. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently will make you an asset to our team.
Requirements- Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate, business development, or sales; startup or hospitality experience is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a deal-making mindset
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and process accuracy
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-moving environment
- Passion for interior design, quality housing, and market trends
- Proficiency with CRM systems and digital tools for data entry and deal tracking
- Knowledge of the Athens property market and a pre-existing network of landlords or agents is a strong plus
