The Role

Are you a motivated self-starter with a passion for real estate, design, and fast-paced environments? 

We're looking for a Real Estate – Business Development Assistant based in Athens to support the expansion of our apartment portfolio in key neighborhoods. In this role, you'll be instrumental in sourcing and onboarding new properties, managing documentation and landlord communications, and ensuring every new home meets our brand's high standards.

What You'll Do

Support Property Onboarding: Collect and process all necessary information and documentation for new properties to ensure accurate and timely activation.

Manage Contracts & Payments: Coordinate completion of lease agreements, internal forms, and arrange initial payments in alignment with company policies.

Ensure System Accuracy: Input and update property data in internal platforms to reflect accurate unit details and status.

Landlord Relations: Serve as a point of contact for landlords—explaining company procedures, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with the real estate and operations teams to ensure seamless handover and readiness of new apartments.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
  • 1–3 years of experience in real estate, business development, or sales; startup or hospitality experience is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a deal-making mindset
  • Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and process accuracy
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-moving environment
  • Passion for interior design, quality housing, and market trends
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and digital tools for data entry and deal tracking
  • Knowledge of the Athens property market and a pre-existing network of landlords or agents is a strong plus
