Online Customer Service Representative for Multilingual Bookstore

We are currently looking for a Spanish Speaking Customer Support Representative who will be responsible for providing exceptional service to Spanish-speaking customers in our online bookstore department.
Responsibilities:- Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with order placements, shipping details, and return policies.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Document customer interactions accurately and manage follow-ups efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve service quality.
- Stay informed about new releases, promotions, and bookstore policies to provide informative assistance.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to enhance service delivery and product offerings.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in using CRM software and standard office tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the willingness to assist customers proactively.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
