Customer Support Representative for Bookstore Department

Bookstore Customer Support Representative needed. This role involves serving as a vital link between customers and the bookstore, providing assistance with inquiries, order management, and resolving issues. Knowledge of books and passion for customer service are essential.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional support to clients via phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries about book availability, orders, and returns.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and address operational concerns.
- Stay informed about book releases and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support.
- Fluency in Spanish and English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Prior experience in customer support, preferably within retail or book industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in standard office software.
- A genuine passion for books and literature, with ability to recommend titles based on customer preferences.
