German Speaking Customer Support Representative

Patrique Mercier Recruitment presents an exciting opportunity for a German speaking customer support representative to join our esteemed online bookstore department.

As a key member of the team, you will provide exceptional support to German-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to book orders, recommendations and any other service-related questions. Your passion for reading and excellent communication skills will help create an enjoyable shopping experience for book lovers around the world.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer support in German for online bookstore inquiries
  • Assist customers with order placements, tracking and returns
  • Provide personalized book recommendations to enhance customer experience
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any service-related issues
  • Document customer interactions accurately to maintain service quality
  • Work collaboratively with the team to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Experience in customer support or a related field is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
  • Passion for books and understanding of the online retail environment
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and collaborative team
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
