Financial Services Support Specialist

As a customer support professional, you will be the primary point of contact for clients and their requests. You will provide exceptional service through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and chats.
Key Responsibilities:- Be the main point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide daily support to clients on best practices and resolve issues efficiently
- Respond to client inquiries about our services and solutions in a professional manner
Our ideal candidate has strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment. Fluency in French is required, while good English language skills are also essential. Previous work experience in a customer support role is a plus.
