Italian Speaking Customer Support Representative
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Italian speaking representative to join our Food Delivery Service Department.
Job Description- This role involves providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat in Italian to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for customers.
- You will be responsible for assisting customers with questions regarding their food delivery orders and services, resolving customer complaints, and educating customers about available services.
Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Provide prompt and courteous support to customers via various communication channels in Italian.
- Order Assistance: Assist customers with questions and concerns related to their food delivery orders.
- Complaint Resolution: Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Educational Services: Educate customers about available services and features.
- Fluency in Italian: Fluency in both spoken and written Italian is required.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian are essential.
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to customer satisfaction are required.
- Familiarity with Customer Service Software: Familiarity with customer service software is a plus.
