Patrique Mercier Recruitment PT is thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for an Italian Speaking Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for our Italian-speaking customers, providing exceptional support and guidance as they navigate our grocery delivery services.

Job Summary
  • This customer-facing position requires strong communication skills in both English and Italian to deliver high-quality service and resolve customer complaints efficiently.

In order to excel in this role, candidates must possess excellent problem-solving skills, a focus on customer satisfaction, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver top-notch customer support via phone or email, assisting clients with inquiries regarding grocery orders, delivery schedules, and product information.
  • Respond promptly to customer complaints and issues, ensuring prompt resolution and satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback using our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to address delivery-related inquiries and enhance service standards.
  • Stay informed about product offerings, seasonal promotions, and delivery policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Engage proactively with customers to ensure a seamless delivery experience and foster loyalty.
  • Participate in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in grocery or food delivery services, is preferred.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to create meaningful connections with customers.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate customer records.
  • A passion for customer service and an interest in grocery delivery and food services.
