Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Professional to join our team in Athens. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our employees and ensuring seamless operations across our hardware, software, and network services.

About the Role: In this role, you will actively contribute to supporting and maintaining our company's IT infrastructure. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing user support for hardware, software, and IT services
  • Monitoring and assisting with Microsoft Azure and Office 365 environments
  • Troubleshooting basic network issues (Routing, Switching, Firewalls)
  • Logging and resolving incidents via the internal ticketing system
  • Collaborating with the IT team on various technical projects and upgrades
  • Maintaining and supporting peripherals (e.g., printers, scanners)

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in an IT support or similar role
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools and services
  • Good understanding of networking (TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, Firewalls)
  • Excellent command of Greek and good command of English
  • Strong team spirit, problem-solving mindset, and time management
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
