This exciting opportunity is for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative in the Online Bookstore Department. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide top-notch support through phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to book orders, recommendations, and account management.
- Proactively resolve customer complaints and issues with effective solutions.
- Guide customers in navigating the online bookstore and offer personalized recommendations.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality.
- Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related role is preferred.
- Passion for books and literature is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- A friendly and positive attitude, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Familiarity with online customer service tools and platforms is a plus.
