Job Description

Join our vibrant team of customer support specialists and play a vital role in connecting readers with their favorite books. As a Nordic Speaking Customer Support representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with book orders, product information, and account issues.

In this dynamic position, you will have the opportunity to engage with customers in a variety of ways, including email, phone, and chat. Your exceptional communication skills, combined with your fluency in one or more Nordic languages, will enable you to provide top-notch support and ensure that customers have a positive experience while shopping online.

As a member of our team, you will work closely with colleagues to meet service goals and enhance the overall customer experience. You will also have access to ongoing training and development opportunities to stay up-to-date with industry trends and product offerings.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Norwegian, Finnish) is essential. Please ensure to clearly state your nationality and native language in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
  • A passion for books and literature is a strong advantage.
  • Prior experience in customer support is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive and proactive team player.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with excellent organizational skills.
