Hebrew Speaking Customer Support Representative for Online Bookstore
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Hebrew Speaking Customer Support Representative. As a key member of our online bookstore department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Hebrew-speaking clients.
You will assist customers with inquiries related to book availability, orders, and other services. Your primary goal will be to ensure each customer has a delightful shopping experience while navigating our platform.
Your Responsibilities- Provide exemplary customer support through various channels including email, chat, and phone.
- Assist customers with inquiries about book availability, orders, and other related services.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on our book offerings and industry trends to provide informed support.
- Fluency in Hebrew (written and spoken) is essential.
- A genuine passion for literature and reading.
- Previous experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive team player with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle customer inquiries effectively.
