Are you fluent in Hebrew and passionate about delivering exceptional customer support? We are currently looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Virtual Assistant in Hebrew.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide top-notch customer support to clients in Hebrew, ensuring a seamless experience with our virtual assistant services.
- Assist clients with inquiries, troubleshooting, and guiding them through the features of the virtual assistant.
- Record detailed notes of client interactions for future reference and improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training sessions to stay informed about virtual assistant trends and improvements.
- Native fluency in Hebrew (written and spoken).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills tailored for Hebrew-speaking clients.
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering excellent customer support.
- Prior experience in customer support is valued but not mandatory.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive and helpful attitude.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for the virtual assistant industry and willingness to learn and grow in this field.
