This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service and enjoy providing support to clients who utilize virtual assistant services.
- Provide excellent customer support to French-speaking clients regarding virtual assistant services via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist clients with inquiries related to service offerings, pricing, and account management.
- Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure a positive experience.
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain comprehensive records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to clients.
- Keep customers informed about new services, updates, and best practices to enhance their experience.
- Gather customer feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of services.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in a virtual assistant or administrative support environment.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and standard office applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
