Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Virtual Assistant Department as a German Speaking Customer Support Representative.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
You will assist customers with inquiries regarding service offerings, pricing, and how to best utilize virtual assistant services.
Additionally, you will address and resolve client concerns and complaints in a friendly and professional manner.
Documenting customer interactions thoroughly is essential, ensuring all queries are managed and followed up promptly.
Collaboration with the virtual assistant team is crucial to ensure efficient service delivery and to address complex issues.
Providing educational content to clients on best practices for working with virtual assistants and the tools available to facilitate the process is also a vital part of this role.
Requirements- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a virtual assistance or administrative capacity.
- Strong communication skills, with a passion for customer satisfaction.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and standard office applications.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work under pressure.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary.
