German Speaking Customer Support Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled German speaking customer support representative to join our Virtual Assistant Department. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

As a German speaking customer support representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through various communication channels. You will assist customers with inquiries about our virtual assistant services and solutions, document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system, and collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and enhance overall customer experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Fluency in German (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Strong commitment to providing high-quality customer service.
  • Prior experience in customer support is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
