Join Our Team as an Administrative Assistant
Actionline, on behalf of a leading banking institution, is looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support a Senior Executive at the company's offices in Gerakas, Attica.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Coordinate communication and planning across departments and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and support presentations in PowerPoint for meetings and internal events.
- Provide real-time assistance during virtual meetings via Microsoft Teams.
- Handle and prioritize emails and phone calls with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Track deadlines and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Maintain clarity and focus in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
- Deliver high-level administrative support with attention to detail.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar administrative support role.
- Excellent command of English (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and handle sensitive information with discretion.
