In this exciting role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to French-speaking clients through various communication channels. Your enthusiasm for music and podcasts will shine through as you assist customers with inquiries related to our services, helping them navigate our platform and ensuring they have an unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to French-speaking clients, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about music and podcast services, using your problem-solving skills to find effective solutions.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system, maintaining high-quality records for future reference.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and enhance customer satisfaction, working together towards a common objective.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated with industry trends and platform features, continuously improving your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French (written and spoken) is essential. Please ensure that your nationality and native language are clearly stated in your CV or Cover Letter.
  • A strong passion for music, podcasts, and the entertainment industry, with a deep appreciation for the arts.
  • Prior experience in customer support is advantageous but not mandatory, as we provide comprehensive training for all new hires.
