Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a customer support representative to provide outstanding service to Spanish-speaking clients regarding inquiries related to online bookstore services.
Job DescriptionThis position is perfect for individuals who have a love for books and a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences in Spanish.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing assistance with book availability, order placements, account management, and return policies via phone, email, and chat.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Assist customers with placing orders, managing accounts, and returning items.
- Provide accurate information about book availability and promotions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and effective issue resolution.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the retail or online shopping sector.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
