Customer Support Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Representative to join our Virtual Job and Freelance Platforms Department. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional support to French-speaking users via phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver top-notch customer service to users of our virtual job and freelance platforms.
  • Assist clients with account inquiries, job postings, and platform features.
  • Resolve technical issues and answer questions related to the use of the platform.
  • Educate users on best practices for maximizing their success on the platform.
  • Document customer interactions and provide timely follow-up on open issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve the user experience on the platforms.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably within online job platforms or freelance services.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Technically savvy with a good understanding of online platforms and tools.
  • Ability to handle multiple inquiries and tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
