Country Sales Development Manager

Η εταιρία ΚΑΤΑΣΤΗΜΑΤΑ ΑΦΟΡΟΛΟΓΗΤΩΝ ΕΙΔΩΝ Α.Ε. αναζητά να προσλάβει εναν/ήν νέο/α συνεργάτη/ρι για την ανάπτυξη της πωλήσεως στην αγορά HoReCa.
Απαιτήσεις- Συνολική ευθύνη ανάπτυξης πωλήσεων και διατήρησης εξαιρετικών προσωπικών σχέσεων με τους πελάτες, τους τοπικούς χονδρεμπόρους - διανομείς / opinion leaders / bartenders HoReCa, στις περιοχές ευθύνης τους.
- Καθημερινές επισκέψεις στο πελατολόγιο (χονδρεμπόρους, τελικά σημεία) με συνεχή αναζήτηση νέων δυνητικών πελατών HoReCa στις περιοχές ευθύνης τους.
- Διασφάλιση της διαθεσιμότητας και της ορθής προβολής των προϊόντων μας στα σημεία πώλησης, βάσει της εγκεκριμένης στρατηγικής και του μοντέλου merchandising της εταιρίας.
- Καθορισμός προιοντικού μίγματος ανά πελάτη και τοποθέτηση στην wine & spirits list, σε συνεργασία με τους πελάτες/διανομείς, με βάση τη στρατηγική της κάθε μάρκας και τις κατευθυντήριες γραμμές για το price positioning.
- Παρακολούθηση της παρουσίας της μάρκας σε πελάτες σε κάθε περιοχή/νησί της ζώνης ευθύνης τους.
- Οργάνωση, προετοιμασία και συμμετοχή σε promotions, εκδηλώσεις, δείπνα, γευσιγνωσίες, εθνικές και τοπικές εκθέσεις.
- Έλεγχος του ανταγωνισμού.
- Εβδομαδιαία αναφορά στην Διοίκηση.
- Αναγνωρισμένος Ακαδημαϊκός Τίτλος Σπουδών, με ειδίκευση Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων | Οικονομικά | Marketing.
- Επιθυμητός, αλλά όχι απαραίτητος τίτλος WSET LEVEL 2.
- Τουλάχιστον 2ετή εμπειρία στην ανάπτυξη της αγοράς HoReCa με κρασιά και αλκοολούχα.
- Άριστες επικοινωνιακές και διαπραγματευτικές ικανότητες.
- Ευελιξία και ικανότητα γρήγορης προσαρμογής στις αλλαγές.
- Ικανότητες Οργάνωσης και Διαχείρισης Χρόνου.
- Προσανατολισμός στην εξυπηρέτηση του πελάτη.
- Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών, γνώση Ιταλικών θα θεωρηθεί επιπρόσθετο προσόν.
- Άριστη γνώση MS Office / SAP / ERP συστημάτων.
- Εκπληρωμένες στρατιωτικές υποχρεώσεις (για τους άνδρες υποψηφίους).
- Δίπλωμα οδήγησης.
- Εξαιρετικό περιβάλλον εργασίας.
