Enhance Customer Experience as Quality Analyst

We are looking for a Swedish speaking Quality Analyst to work in the tourism sector for a top hospitality brand in Greece. If you're passionate about moving abroad and improving customer satisfaction, this role is for you.

In your daily tasks, you'll evaluate and analyze customer interactions to boost performance and drive results. Your active listening skills will ensure proper information is being given to customers while analyzing spreadsheets to pinpoint patterns that guide performance training.

Requirements:

What You Bring to the Role

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Understanding, interpreting, and manipulating data for reporting
  • Comfortable with computer systems
  • Native/Fluent Swedish;
  • Very good level of English, C1;
  • Active Listening
  • Good Problem Solving Skills
