We are seeking a dedicated Greek Language Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Athens. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to Greek-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries and ensuring a seamless service experience.
Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer support to Greek-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Efficiently handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of our products and services to assist customers accurately.
- Record customer interactions and feedback for future reference.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve service delivery and streamline processes.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance your skills and product knowledge.
- Gather customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the service experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication skills with a dedication to customer satisfaction.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Prior experience in customer service is advantageous but not essential.
- Proactive, adaptable, and positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiasm for helping customers and resolving their inquiries.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
