Greek Speaking Customer Service Representative

- Main Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and/or outbound calls or emails providing accurate answers to customers' queries and requests
- Complete customers' requests in due time with a focus on quality
- Manage customers' complaints via phone with patience and empathy
- A Bachelor's degree
- Prior experience in customer service will be considered as a plus
- Fluent Greek speaking skills
- Good knowledge of English language (oral & written)
- Knowledge of an extra language will be considered an asset
- Car rental/leasing knowledge will be considered an asset
- An excellent command of MS-Office applications
- A positive attitude, empathy, high work ethic
