Job Description:We are seeking a skilled customer support specialist to join our team in Athens, Greece. As a representative of our company, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers through phone calls and other communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Ensure that all customer complaints are addressed and resolved according to company policies.
- Analyze and troubleshoot customer issues using available resources and training.
To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent education.
- Native or fluent French language proficiency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 level).
- Good problem-solving skills and active listening abilities.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
