The responsibilities of this role include:
- Handling inbound and/or outbound calls or emails providing accurate, satisfactory answers to customers' queries and requests.
- Completing customers' requests in due time and with a focus on quality.
- Managing customers' complaints via phone with patience and empathy.
- Guiding customers through processes, products, or services (troubleshooting, navigating the company site etc.).
- Preferred Bachelor's degree.
- Prior experience in customer service will be considered as a plus.
- Fluent Greek speaking skills.
- Good knowledge of English language (oral & written).
- Knowledge of an extra language will be considered an asset.
- Car rental/leasing knowledge will be considered an asset.
- Excellent command of MS-Office applications.
- A positive attitude, empathy, high work-ethic.
- Customer service orientation, attention to detail.
- Ability to work on flexible shifts.
