Service Professional for Polish Speaking Customers

The primary function of this role is to deliver high-quality customer service in Polish, providing accurate and complete information while utilizing the right methods and tools.
This position involves managing large volumes of incoming calls and emails, building sustainable relationships with customer accounts through open and interactive communication, and handling customer complaints by providing suitable solutions.
To excel in this role, candidates must possess a native or near-native level of Polish, a B2 level of English, and strong problem-solving and active listening skills. Flexibility to work weekend shifts, if applicable, is also required.
Furthermore, successful candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and previous customer service experience is considered an advantage.
