Job Description

Patrique Mercier Recruitment is excited to offer a rewarding opportunity for a Streaming TV Customer Support Representative. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, assisting them with their inquiries related to streaming services and account management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding subscriptions, account issues, and streaming functionalities.
  • Resolve customer complaints and technical problems effectively to enhance the user experience.
  • Document customer interactions accurately within the CRM system for tracking and improvement purposes.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Fluency in German and English; proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
  • Previous experience in customer support, preferably within the entertainment or technology industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle difficult situations professionally.
