We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Dutch-speaking representative to join our Customer Support team in the streaming TV department. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves assisting Dutch-speaking customers with inquiries related to streaming services, including subscription issues, technical support, and content-related questions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support, troubleshooting technical issues, and educating customers on subscription options and content availability.

You will work closely with internal teams to resolve complex issues and contribute to initiatives aimed at improving the overall customer experience. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills, combined with your passion for movies and television, will make you an asset to our organization.

Responsibilities
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Troubleshoot Technical Issues: Identify and resolve technical problems with streaming services, guiding customers through solutions and documenting interactions accurately.
  • Educate Customers on Subscription Options: Inform customers about available subscription plans, features, and content offerings, ensuring they have a seamless viewing experience.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues, share knowledge, and drive process improvements.
  • Contribute to Customer Experience Initiatives: Participate in projects aimed at enhancing the overall customer experience, leveraging your creativity and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English: Proficiency in both languages, written and spoken, is essential for effective communication with customers.
  • Customer Support Experience: Prior experience in customer-facing roles or similar environments is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse customer personalities and needs.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
