Customer Support Representative Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Customer Support Representative to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional support to Dutch-speaking customers who engage with our streaming services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding streaming services.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about account setup, subscription management, and content availability.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints and technical issues to enhance user experience.
  • Document interactions and maintain precise records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer feedback and improve service delivery.
  • Stay informed about the latest updates in the streaming industry and service offerings to provide knowledgeable assistance.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Dutch and English; proficiency in additional languages is a bonus.
  • Experience in customer support, preferably in the entertainment or streaming industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office applications.
  • A passion for movies and television, with knowledge of current trends and popular content.
