Customer Service Representative for Streaming Entertainment

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in our Streaming TV and Movie Services Department. If you are fluent in German and have a passion for films and entertainment, this role is perfect for you.

This engaging position involves providing top-notch support to German-speaking customers who have inquiries and issues related to our streaming services. You will help enhance their viewing experience by ensuring they have every resource and solution at their fingertips.

Your Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients via various support channels.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to streaming services, including account issues, content availability, and troubleshooting.
  • Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve service goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on industry trends and service improvements.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in German (written and spoken) is essential. Please state your nationality and native language in your application.
  • A strong enthusiasm for customer service and the entertainment industry.
  • Previous experience in customer support is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A collaborative team player with a positive attitude.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
