We are proud to see our collaboration growing bigger and deeper. This is a great opportunity to join our Swedish customer experience team to support customers from Swedish speaking countries after following complete training by certified instructors.
What you will do:
- Communicate with customers via phone, chat & email
- Track and follow cases to ensure they closed in an efficient and timely manner
- Maintain high customer satisfaction representing a major brand
- Provide troubleshooting for mobile devices (mobile phones, tablets & more)
- Assist customers to manage/secure their account & passwords
- Set-up repairs for hardware-related issues
- Escalate unresolved cases by contacting 2nd level support Interaction Experts
- Maintain high customer satisfaction
What you will bring:
- Fluency in Swedish
- Advanced English knowledge
- Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS or comparable technology is preferred
- Great communication skills
- Prior customer support experience would be an advantage
- Strong troubleshooting skills
