
Tech Leader Customer Service Representative

As a Danish customer expert, you will be the main point of contact for customers in Denmark. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customer inquiries and issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
Key responsibilities include communicating with customers via phone, email, and chat, tracking and following up on cases to ensure timely resolution, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and providing troubleshooting support for mobile devices and hardware-related issues.
Additionally, you will assist customers in managing and securing their accounts and passwords, escalate unresolved cases to 2nd level support interaction experts, and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.
Requirements:- Fluency in Danish
- Advanced English knowledge
- Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology is preferred
- Great communication skills
- Prior customer support experience would be an advantage
- Strong troubleshooting skills
