
Slovak Customer Expert for Global Tech Leader

The role involves communicating with customers via phone, chat, and email, tracking and following cases to ensure efficient and timely closure, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and providing troubleshooting for mobile devices. You will also assist customers with managing/ securing their account & passwords, set up repairs for hardware-related issues, and escalate unresolved cases by contacting 2nd level support interaction experts.
Key Responsibilities:

- Escalate unresolved cases
Requirements:
- Fluency in Slovak
- Advanced English knowledge
- Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology preferred
- Great communication skills
- Prior customer support experience advantageous
- Strong troubleshooting skills
