Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Arabic-speaking professional to join our team as a customer expert for premium coffee machines. As the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via multiple communication channels.

  • Be the main point of contact for customer inquiries and provide daily support
  • Respond to customer requests regarding our products and services
  • Handle complaints professionally and resolve issues in a timely manner
Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in Arabic, including dialects and cultural nuances
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language (oral & written)
  • Work experience in a customer support role is a plus
  • Exceptional communication & soft skills, as well as problem-solving mentality
  • Tech savviness & learning agility
