High-End Coffee Machine Customer Service Representative

In this role, you will assist clients with their inquiries, provide detailed information about our premium machines, and ensure that each client enjoys a seamless experience that reflects our brand's high standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding high-end coffee machines.
  • Address inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the products, emphasizing their features and benefits.
  • Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system to maintain reliable customer records.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to enhance the customer service experience.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and service techniques.
  • Gather customer feedback and propose improvements in service processes.

Key Qualifications:

  • Fluent in both written and spoken Italian and English.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a passion for customer service.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a premium or technical product sector.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools.
  • A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and love for the coffee culture.
