Role Summary:

Responsibilities

  • Provide top-tier customer support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and troubleshoot any issues they may encounter.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of coffee machine specifications, features, and troubleshooting processes.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve service delivery.
  • Participate in regular training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Engage with customers to solicit feedback and identify areas for service improvement.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing prompt and effective resolutions to customer inquiries.
  • Building strong relationships with German-speaking clients.
  • Developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of our high-end coffee machines.
  • Utilizing our CRM system to document and track customer interactions.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Fluent in German (spoken and written); proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing tasks effectively.
  • Problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and product knowledge.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the tech or luxury goods sector, is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer support systems.
