We are seeking a highly skilled Coffee Specialist to join our team in Athens, Greece. This exciting role offers the opportunity to work with premium coffee appliances and provide exceptional customer service to Italian-speaking clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver outstanding support to customers via live chat, email, and phone communications.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to premium coffee appliances, including product features, usage instructions, and troubleshooting.
- Educate customers on the proper maintenance of their coffee appliances to enhance their overall satisfaction.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to drive improvements in service quality and product offerings.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless and enjoyable customer experience.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in coffee and equipment to provide knowledgeable recommendations.
- Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system for effective tracking and reporting.
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the home appliances or coffee industry.
- A strong understanding of coffee appliances and a genuine passion for coffee culture.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a keen focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
