Customer Service Representative Job Summary
Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our Flemish-speaking clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality customer support through various communication channels.
- Assist customers with product inquiries and troubleshooting.
- Educate customers on product features and optimize their smart home systems.
- Address customer complaints professionally and ensure effective resolution.
- Collaborate with technical teams to facilitate complex customer inquiries.
- Fluency in Flemish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the technology or smart home sector.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Technical aptitude and ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
