Smart Home Customer Service Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Smart Home Technology Department. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to Spanish-speaking customers.
Job Responsibilities:- Deliver outstanding customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, installations, technical support, and troubleshooting.
- Document customer interactions and solutions in the CRM system for efficient tracking.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide timely support.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in smart home technology.
- BUILD STRONG CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS TO ENCOURAGE LOYALTY AND REPEAT BUSINESS.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Fluency in Spanish and English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the tech or smart home industry, is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in CRM systems and general computer applications.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
