Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality customer service via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to smart home technology products.
  • Assist customers with product setup, troubleshooting, and general inquiries about smart home devices.
  • Educate customers on the features and benefits of smart home products, helping them make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues and enhance the customer experience.
  • Stay current with the latest developments in smart home technology to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately, contributing to the continuous improvement of service quality.
Requirements
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the technology or electronics sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Familiarity with smart home technology and devices is a significant advantage.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
