Smart Home Customer Support Specialist

As a Polish speaking customer service representative for the Smart Home Technology Department, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries and providing them with the information they need to enhance their smart home experience.
Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer support to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to smart home products and services.
- Effectively troubleshoot issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor throughout customer interactions.
- Document customer feedback and inquiries accurately to assist with service improvements.
- Collaborate with team members to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong interest in technology, particularly smart home solutions.
- Previous customer service experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to solve problems efficiently with a customer-centric approach.
- Willingness to learn about new technologies and products.
