We are seeking a skilled and passionate Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Smart Home Technology Department.
Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are enthusiastic about technology and dedicated to delivering exceptional support to customers navigating their smart home products. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service to clients through various communication channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding smart home technology products, setup, and troubleshooting.
- Provide support and guidance during the purchase process, helping customers choose the right products for their needs.
- Handle customer complaints and issues professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest innovations in smart home technology and company offerings.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback accurately to contribute to service improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex customer issues effectively.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the technology or electronics sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and assist customers effectively.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- A keen interest in smart home technology and a passion for helping customers enhance their home experience.
