Smart Home Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Smart Home Technology Customer Service Representative.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is fluent in Portuguese, has a strong passion for technology, and enjoys providing exceptional customer service.
Job Description:In this role, you will be the front line support for Portuguese-speaking customers, helping them navigate through the latest smart home products and solutions. You will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction by providing accurate information and resolving any issues related to smart home technology.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer support in Portuguese, assisting customers with inquiries related to smart home products and technologies.
- Help customers troubleshoot issues, set up devices, and understand product features to maximize their smart home experience.
- Document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions accurately in our system.
- Collaborate with technical teams to provide solutions for complex customer issues and relay relevant information.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, including new technologies and industry trends, to better serve customers.
- Proactively engage with customers, following up on their inquiries and resolving any potential issues.
- Participate in continuous training to enhance your knowledge and skills in customer service and technology.
- Fluency in Portuguese and strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally in technology or smart home products, is highly advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and a customer-centric attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
- Able to multitask and prioritize efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate customer information.
- A passion for technology and eagerness to learn about new smart home advancements will be beneficial.
