Smart Home Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a talented French speaking customer service representative to join our team in the Smart Home Technology Department. This role offers an exceptional opportunity for individuals who are passionate about technology and delivering outstanding customer service.
Job Description- Provide high quality support in French to French speaking customers regarding their inquiries and product related questions.
- Assist customers with installation, troubleshooting, and product functionality to ensure optimal user experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately and maintain thorough records of inquiries and resolutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate issues that require specialized attention and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Stay informed about new products, updates, and best practices in smart home technology to inform customers accurately.
- Engage with customers proactively, offering solutions and guidance to enhance their satisfaction with our services.
- Fluency in French and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, are essential.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the technology or smart home industry, is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and address customer issues effectively.
