Innovative Payment Solutions Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Leader to join our team in Thessaloniki, Greece. As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts and driving the team to excel in providing innovative payment solutions tailored for our clients.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of sales experience, including a proven track record in a team leadership role. Proficiency in German (C1 level) and English (B2 level), with exceptional verbal and written communication skills that resonate with clients is required.
Key Responsibilities- Lead with Purpose: Motivate and guide your sales team to achieve and exceed their targets, creating a culture of high performance and accountability.
- Drive Sales Growth: Identify and engage potential clients, presenting our payment solutions as the ideal answer to their business needs.
- Foster Relationships: Build strong connections with new and existing clients, understanding their unique challenges and offering tailored solutions that deliver real value.
- Collaborate for Success: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for clients and to support their ongoing needs.

- Base Salary: 1600 EUR gross/month.
