Job Description

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences in the entertainment sector? We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entertainment Solutions Specialist.

This role requires fluency in German and English, both written and spoken. Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the entertainment or technology sector, is highly valued.

As an Entertainment Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to customers via phone, email, and chat. You will assist with inquiries related to account management, content availability, subscription details, and technical issues.

You will effectively handle customer complaints and provide solutions to enhance the user experience. Your ability to document customer interactions thoroughly and ensure timely follow-up on unresolved inquiries will be crucial.

Collaboration with technical and content teams will be essential to address complex customer issues and improve service quality. You will keep customers informed about new releases, features, and promotional offers available on the platform.

Gathering customer feedback to support continuous improvement of services will also be a key responsibility.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the entertainment or technology sector
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Deep understanding of streaming services and technology is a plus
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and common office software
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
