Sales Executive

Key responsibilities:
- Conduct sales outreach to existing client databases to promote conference registrations and award nominations.
- Maintain and update account details and sales history within the company's customer relationship management system.
- Identify and develop new opportunities with current customers by presenting relevant products and services.
- Proactively engage with clients to exceed expectations and foster long-term loyalty.
- Organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, are essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, time management, and critical thinking abilities are required.
- Critical thinker and problem-solver with a strong understanding of sales principles and customer service best practices.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Relevant experience in a telephone sales or customer communication role, or within an educational setting, is advantageous.
- A background in the telecommunications industry is a plus.
- A college or university degree, or equivalent professional development, is required.
