Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct sales outreach to existing client databases to promote conference registrations and award nominations.
  • Maintain and update account details and sales history within the company's customer relationship management system.
  • Identify and develop new opportunities with current customers by presenting relevant products and services.
  • Proactively engage with clients to exceed expectations and foster long-term loyalty.
  • Organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, are essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, time management, and critical thinking abilities are required.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solver with a strong understanding of sales principles and customer service best practices.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Relevant experience in a telephone sales or customer communication role, or within an educational setting, is advantageous.
  • A background in the telecommunications industry is a plus.
  • A college or university degree, or equivalent professional development, is required.
